A Journey Inward To A More Aligned You

Have you been noticing quiet whispers, subtle nudges, or an inner restlessness you can't quite explain?

Maybe something in you has been asking for your attention.

If so, perhaps it's worth listening.

Sometimes these gentle nudges are invitations—letting us know that something within us is ready to be seen, explored, healed, or awakened.

The Inner Compass is a three-hour experiential workshop designed to help you quiet some of the noise around you, reconnect with the wisdom of your body, and become more familiar with the subtle ways your own intuition speaks.

You won't be asked to believe anything in particular. And we're not here to teach you what your intuition should say.

Instead, through gentle practices, reflection, conversation, and time in the presence of horses and nature, we'll explore how you might hear your own inner knowing a little more clearly—and trust it a little more deeply.

Why Horses And Nature?

There is something about stepping outside our usual environments that changes the quality of our attention.

Nature invites us to slow down. To notice. To feel.

And horses are highly intuitive, exquisitely perceptive beings. As prey animals and deeply social herd members, they are extraordinarily attuned to subtle shifts in their environment, in one another, and in the beings around them. They respond to information we humans often overlook—or have simply learned not to notice.

This makes their presence extremely valuable when we're learning to listen more closely ourselves.

The horses at Unbridled won't be asked to perform or participate in any particular way during this workshop. They will simply share the space with us—free to engage or not engage, and offering another living presence within which we can listen, notice, and reconnect in new and different ways.

Why Now?

As one year begins to draw to a close and another waits just beyond the horizon, December offers a natural threshold.

Rather than beginning with resolutions about what you should change, we're inviting you to begin somewhere quieter:

What do you already know?

What has been trying to get your attention?

And what might become possible if you trusted yourself enough to listen?

Your Guides For The Morning

Bonnie Compton, APRN, BC, CPNP

is an End of Life Doula, Intuitive Healer, Conscious Living & Dying Coach, Speaker and Certified RTM Trauma Practitioner. She is also a Child and Adolescent Therapist, Parent Coach, and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Bonnie is the author of the book, “Mothering with Courage” and a Reiki Practitioner.

Kim Hallin, MPA

is an Equine Experiential Learning Practitioner who explores how healthy relationships increase the capacity of living systems to continue evolving—becoming more resilient, wiser, more adaptable, and more capable of returning, again and again, to presence and balance. Kim is the founder of Unbridled LLC and the author of the book, "Horse Wisdom: Life Lessons for Humanity".

Bonnie Compton and Kim Hallin come to this workshop not only as experienced facilitators, but as two women who have reached a season of life in which listening inward feels increasingly important.

Both of us have been intentionally deepening our own relationships with intuition—and supporting one another along the way.

We don't have all the answers, and that's rather the point.

Our role isn't to tell you what your inner wisdom says or how it should communicate with you, to fix anything about you, or to lead you toward a particular answer. We're simply creating a welcoming space where you can become more curious about your own knowing.

We've been walking this path ourselves. Now we'd be honored to walk beside you for a little while. And so would the horses.
