Finding Freedom Through Boundaries

A course designed specifically for heart-centered equestrians (or ANYONE who loves horses)!

Effective boundary-setting may well be the single most important life-skill there is. And boundary skills are especially important for equestrians! This is because we must simultaneously navigate a variety of complex and multi-layered relationships including our relationship to self, our relationship to our horse(s), our relationships to and with a plethora of equine professionals, and our relationships with our friends and family members as well. 

This is a self-paced online course in five modules, presented by Kim Hallin who is the owner/founder of Unbridled LLC:

Module 1: What are boundaries?

Module 2: The Power of YES and NO

Module 3: Co-Dependence and Boundaries

Module 4: Vulnerability and Boundaries

Module 5: Assertive vs. Aggressive Communication

Each module includes a short introductory video, a “deepening” lesson that spotlights supplemental resources, an exclusive self-assessment questionnaire, a powerful experiential practice assignment and relevant video footage of horse behavior examples. Module One also includes a previously-recorded small group Zoom discussion on boundaries. While this is a self-paced course, students are encouraged to make every effort to complete one module per week (approximate time commitment of 1-2 hours). The information in this course is progressive and cumulative, so the fresher the previous lessons are, the more integrated your learning experience will be. 

This course is limited to 30 students per cohort because instructor Kim Hallin will be participating personally in the discussion threads.
