Unbridled LLC Terms and Conditions of Purchase

These Terms and Conditions of Purchase (these “Terms and Conditions”) constitute a legally binding contract between Unbridled, LLC and you regarding your purchase of online/digital products or in-person services/experiences.

1. PRICES AND TERMS

The prices for all Products and Services shall be as stated on the Order or Invoice. Payment shall be made in accordance with Section 5 of the Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to make pricing changes or corrections on the Unbridled, LLC website at any time, without notice.

Pricing will be in USD (United States Dollars).

Upon purchase, if you are a new customer, you may be asked to create a username and password. You can use the same username and password even if multiple products are purchased. However, only one person may access and use the Product(s) using the selected username and password.

If a product is listed as having “unlimited access” or “life-time access” – this means that the product will be available as long as that product is current and active. Unbridled LLC reserves the right to remove products at its discretion.

Please note that an e-mail confirmation of your order does not guarantee acceptance of that order. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse to sell to any customer as circumstances dictate.

We do our best to provide our customers with accurate pricing and information for the products on our website. However, because we are constantly improving our website, Unbridled LLC cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of all the information on our site. In the event of an error on the Unbridled LLC website we will make every effort to accommodate our customers while reserving the right to modify price and product information at any time.

By creating an account via one of our subscription services you are registering to receive email news updates. You are able to unsubscribe from these newsletters at any time by simply following the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of each newsletter.

2. REFUND POLICY

  • Clinics, Retreats and Workshops (not online study)

Purchases of online digital products are non-refundable.

If you are purchasing an appointment or registration for an in-person event or service, your full payment will reserve your appointment or spot. Appointments and registration spots are sold on a first-in-with-payment, first served basis. No refunds or transfers to other in-person events are given if you are unable to attend due to personal reasons, however you are welcome to transfer your registration to someone else (with notice to Unbridled LLC).

If Unbridled LLC cancels, relocates or reschedules an in-person event, all liability is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased. Proof of purchase may be required for any refund or exchange. Unbridled LLC is not liable for any other losses incurred as a result of the cancellation, rescheduling or relocation of an event, including any travel and accommodation expenses. In the case of inclement weather, all efforts will be made to reschedule the event before a refund is issued.

If you purchase a Gift Certificate or pre-paid package of sessions with flexible scheduling, appointments must be confirmed within 12 months of purchase. After 12 months, Unbridled LLC has no further obligation to fulfill the commitment.

  • Subscriptions

You can cancel your online subscription at any time. Any payments prior to cancellation are non-refundable. The subscription cycle is every 30 days from the first payment date at the same time of the day you made your first order. If you request a cancellation shortly after payment is made, there are no refunds for that payment.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Products that contain proprietary information and materials, such as logos, videos, worksheets, handouts, articles, photographs, text, graphics, images and sound recordings (collectively, “Product Content”) that are owned by Unbridled, LLC are protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable intellectual property laws. Duplicating, sharing, or uploading Product Content, including sharing to any social media sites without written permission, is considered stealing, and Unbridled LLC will prosecute such misconduct to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Unbridled, LLC provides customers with Products solely for your personal, non-commercial use, and you agree that you will not use any of the Product Content in any way whatsoever except for use in compliance with these Terms of Use. You agree not use any Product Content in a ways that constitutes an infringement of Unbridled LLC's rights or that has not been authorized by Unbridled LLC. More specifically, unless explicitly authorized in this Agreement, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, rent, lease, loan, translate, sell, create derivative works of, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any Product Content without express written consent. You may, however, from time to time, download and/or print individual pages of the Product Content for your personal, noncommercial use, provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.

4. THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS AND WEBSITES

Unbridled LLC may provide links to third-party materials and websites as a convenience to you. These third-party materials and websites are not part of the Products, and they may be either withdrawn or terminated from the Products at any time without notice to you and without any liability to Unbridled, LLC.

5. DISCLAIMER

THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTIES’ RIGHTS, AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, OR USAGE OF TRADE IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCTS.

WHEN ADDRESSING EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING, COACHING OR MENTORING ASPECTS IN ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS, WEBSITES, VIDEOS, NEWSLETTERS, PROGRAMS OR OTHER CONTENT, WE’VE TAKEN REASONABLE EFFORT TO ENSURE THAT WE ACCURATELY REPRESENT OUR PROGRAMS AND THEIR ABILITY TO HELP YOU WITH YOUR HEALTH, YOUR HORSE OR OTHER RELATIONSHIPS. HOWEVER, UNBRIDLED LLC DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL GET ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS USING ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS, SERVICES, IDEAS, STRATEGIES, OR RECOMMENDATIONS, AND NOTHING ON OUR WEBSITE OR IN OUR PRODUCTS IS A PROMISE OR GUARANTEE OF YOUR SUCCESS.
