This Month's Guiding Inquiries:

  • "Where do you have agency and autonomy in your work with horses, and where do you feel constrained by systems, economics, or expectations?"
  • "Where do the horses in your practice have real choice, and where do you feel they are adapting to structures they did not choose?"

If you’ve been craving a community that isn't afraid to “go deeper,” I hope you’ll join me. It’s time to start talking openly about the things that matter most.

For years I’ve heard from equine-facilitated professionals who feel out-of-place, unseen, or misunderstood in the traditional EAL/EAT world. Many are longing for conversations that feel honest. Spacious. Brave. Rooted in mutual healing — for both humans and horses.

If that’s you, I invite you to join me for:

Pasture Perspectives Online — a reflective Zoom gathering where we explore the questions that matter most, but are rarely talked about in a deeply personal way.

This is not a workshop or training. It’s not about finding (or being given) the “right” answer.  It’s about connecting with your own voice, speaking from your heart, and being witnessed by a community that honors depth, nuance, and truth.

For the February gathering, we’ll come together around two guiding inquiries:

  • "Where do you have agency and autonomy in your work with horses, and where do you feel constrained by systems, economics, or expectations?"
  • "Where do the horses in your practice have real choice, and where do you feel they are adapting to structures they did not choose?"

My only intention as the host for this gathering is to hold a compassionate, grounded space where we can walk each other "home" — as practitioners committed to ethical integrity and to the wellbeing of the horses who make our work possible.
